Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

Hey friends!

Welcome back to my month of beauty! I hope that you've enjoyed the last six eyeshadow related post! As promised, each week will rotate on a different type of product and I'm really excited to announce that this week will feature around lip products!

I'm not the biggest fan of lipsticks (anymore) and I'm more of a liptint/gloss/balm girl so read on to find out what I've been using!

The first product I'm going to talk about is one that I've loved and used for a couple of years now. You've probably heard of it: Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask.

Judging from the size and comparing it with the price of £16 you probably think that it costs way too much for such a tiny little tub. But trust me when I say that this little tub can probably last you through an apocalypse if you use it probably and not slater it on like butter on toast!

I use this before I go to bed and it leaves my lips feeling moisturised and plump the next morning! You only need the tiniest amount to coat your lips and you'll probably still have some excess which I just apply it onto my cuticles to keep them from drying out!

It is quite a heavy product and it comes with a little spatula which of course, I've misplaced mine so I've been rather unhygienic and using my finger.... my aunt will probably want to murder me when she finds out but you know.

The consistency is very gloss/gel like and yes it is sticky but once it's on it feels fine! I personally don't think you can only use this at night, I sometimes apply a very thin layer on before putting on a lip product or if I'm just wanting a lip balm on for the day I'll use it too!

It smells very fruity and sweet so it's a plus for me and the packaging is pink. I hope that sometime soon they'll release this in a tube form so I can stop using my hands/other tools to apply this on! I think they do other flavours too which I haven't had the opportunity to try but when I do I'll let you know how it goes!
