Hey friends,

Hope you're doing all well! Today I'm so excited cause I finally got my hands on my first glow kit from Anastasia Beverly Hills! It's actually gift from my brother cause he basically Facetimed me and forced me (lovingly) to order it there and then #noragrats.

Anyway, I was a little bit worried about it cause there were a number of videos online saying the palettes came broken and all and in the make up world there is nothing worst than receiving a broken palette especially if you've been THAT excited!

Without further ado, here's the amazingness, here's the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero highlighting palette!

I really, really love the pink packaging and for some reason I'm back into my craze for pink now so I'm extra happy about it! To be further extra I gathered a couple of pink items to put this picture together! Not the best flatlay attempt thanks to the background but hey, no one's complaning... right?

Isn't that such an amazing feeling to open a fresh palette and let the beauty of the pans hit your face and you just forget about your problems for that couple of seconds? no? just me?

This palette costs £39 and it comes with 6 pans which is pretty cool BUT one thing though, this palette doesn't have a good weight which makes me a little worried cause if I drop this, there wouldn't be enough "Support" to make sure the colours don't smash into pieces. Let's hope I won't be dropping this as much as I had with my other products - although not going to lie I opened this on my bed chanting to myself saying 'do not drop this do not drop this' and I dropped it while getting it out of bubble wrap. Thank jesus for the mattress then!

First impression with swirling the fingers into the pan - creamy, blinding with a little metallic sheen.

The colour doesn't come out 100% here but it's really close!

I love, love, love the variety especially now that we are transiting from winter to spring (technically it's spring but we know England doesn't like to act her schedule.) I feel like these colours would look amazing when you layer them and I can't wait to try it in a look!

UPDATE: It's been awhile since I got the palette and I have had the time to play around with all the colours and I've got to say, I am very impressed.

The product lasts an entire day and the colours are stunning. Although the white one (Forever Lit) is a bit too light on my skin so it'll work great as an inner corner highlight or a brow highlight!

Really really recommend you pick this palette up if you're looking for something that blinds your haters or just to look amazing, you get my drift.

Hope that you enjoyed this little blog post!

Till the next one,
Cheryl xx
